What you'll do
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a background in Product Marketing to help drive the ongoing development and execution of the company’s B2B2C strategy. A strategic and creative thinker who will help us scale our acquisition efforts, strengthen our retention rate and build a strong brand within the luxury hospitality space.
The role requires a broad mix of marketing skills including: deep customer curiosity, product curiosity and technical competence, business and marketing insight analysis, positioning and narrative building, sales enablement and excellent communication skills.
[What You Do: key responsibilities]
Assist the Head of Marketing on the marketing and communication strategy for the organisation’s products and services
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Agency departments to develop new propositions, defining the narrative and building go-to-market plans
Continuously gather and apply customer insights through research, feedback loops, and data to inform marketing and product positioning
Manage the customer contact strategy from onboarding through to loyalty increasing relevance and driving product cross-sells
Manage and execute the marketing calendar of activity from briefing through to post-campaign reporting
Work collaboratively with the sales team to review pipeline growth, resolve challenges and present possible solutions and support
Develop and manage tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively and grow target market share
Create and deliver marketing comms for the target market across channels including Website, Email, Social, PR, Events, Account Based Marketing and Video
Maximise Partnership Marketing opportunities for brand and commercial growth
Prepare and present statistical information from internal data (CRM and BI) and industry reports for key insights and trend analysis
Oversee B2B marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities, differentiate our offering, and keep us ahead of the curve
Budget management
