What you'll do
We’re looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant to partner with our dynamic CEO. This is a role for someone who’s proactive, people-smart, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. You’ll be the right hand who keeps the CEO focused, anticipates needs, and makes things happen, with agility, precision, and an innovative approach. If you’re highly organised, tech-savvy, and excited about using AI and modern productivity tools to stay ahead, we’d love to hear from you.

[What You Do: key responsibilities]

  • Manage the CEO’s diary, inbox, and priorities with precision, ensuring the right focus at the right time.

  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare documents and capture actions that drive follow-through.

  • Oversee professional and personal scheduling, including travel, events, and client meetings.

  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for all CEO correspondence with discretion and professionalism.

  • Anticipate needs before they arise, from travel changes to last-minute briefings.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents under tight deadlines.

  • Support smooth communication across the business, ensuring clarity and momentum.

  • Personal support for the CEO.

What you'll bring
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting senior leaders, ideally at board level.

  • Superb organisation and time management skills: calm, structured, and unflappable under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and read situations quickly.

  • Tech-savvy, with a high level of confidence using GSuite, Macs, and modern productivity tools.

  • Aptitude for using and adopting AI-driven tools to innovate and enhance efficiency.

  • Flexibility and resilience - you adapt quickly and keep things moving forward.

  • A proactive, solution-first mindset: you see what needs to be done and make it happen.>4 years experience in administrative role reporting directly to senior management

  • Flexible & collaborative team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
