We are looking for a team of superstars to help make Christmas fly for our Gift Voucher Fulfilment Centre.  You will  join our existing experienced team and support them for this peak season. You will be required to be motivated and have a great attention to detail and to be a perfectionist when it comes to delivering the finished product. The role can also be a little physical at times and therefore a hands-on-attitude is beneficial.

What, When, Where

• Shifts during core hours of 8-6 Monday - Friday, occasional weekend work involved around Black Friday / Christmas peak weeks.

• Shifts starting 10/11/25 and will continue through the peak period until 23/12/25

• Situated at Elmstone Business Park, GL51 9SY (near Gloucester Old Spot)

What You Do: key responsibilities:

• Manage daily gift voucher orders in time for daily collections

• Process postage and delivery requirements

• Stock checks for clients and effective restocking of the Gifted Fulfilment Centre

• Proactively report on issues and volumes

• Reliable and punctual (role is time-sensitive and seasonal).

• Calm under pressure, especially in busy December weeks.

• Flexible and willing to jump between tasks (printing, packaging, logging, posting).

• Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
