What you'll do

Responsible for identifying new and existing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients, driving revenue growth within a defined territory, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and objectives. 

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

  • Maintain and update the business CRM with regions pipeline. 

  • Utilise relationships with clients in order to maximise retention within the region alongside the client success team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals and contracts.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.


What you'll bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of consultative, relationship-led selling.

  • Ability to engage senior decision-makers and influence at board level.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Commercially astute, target-driven, and self-motivated.

  • Comfortable managing your own pipeline and balancing short-term wins with long-term relationships.

  • Exposure to hospitality/travel sectors.

  • Experience working in marketing, digital marketing, or technology-led environment roles.
